Warranty

Doors and Frames sold by Doors & More are warranted against all manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty remains valid on compliance of the terms and guidelines listed below.

• Doors & Door Frames should be properly handled and loading and unloading should be done with utmost care so as to avoid any risk of damage.
• Doors & Frames are to be stacked properly on a flat surface above solid wooden blocks of equal thickness placed at equal distances, in a proper warehouse.
• Doors & Frames are to be installed with competent workmanship and proper care should be taken while installation to avoid any handling defects. Unsatisfactory service or appearance caused by failure to follow the handling, finishing and installation instructions is not covered by this warranty.
• Door should be sealed and finished in substantially the same manner on all six sides.
• Variations or unsatisfactory finish, texture or appearance resulting from the application of paint or other finishing materials, is not guaranteed in any event.
• Doors & Frames to be inspected for visible defects upon arrival at the buyer’s location and any claim arising there on must be notified to the Company in writing within seven days of purchase.
• Doors & Frames that have become defective arising from failure to follow the above conditions and that have been subjected to shipment or storage hazard after they have left the control of the company shall not covered by this warranty.

Limited Warranty

• This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase and extending for warranty period. Before leaving the facility, your door has been inspected for any defects in materials and workmanship and is packaged to protect the door in transit.
• Should the warranted door be found to contain defects, Doors & More will at its option either 1) Repair any door without charge. 2) Replace any door without charge.
• No labour, installation or reinstallation, finishing or refinishing expenses is covered by this warranty. DOORSANDMORE reserves the right to inspect any product, which is alleged to be defective. Under no circumstances the amount of warranty coverage, if any, shall be in excess of the amount received by Doors & More, for the doors subject matter of the warranty claim.
